Payments will only be accepted and processed through PayPal and or eBay. Cash-on-Delivery or any other form of Payments will not be accepted. Payments processed through PayPal may include any of the four major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery) and e-Checks. E-Checks may take longer to process, and only once a payment has been cleared V Got Gifts will process an order. No order will be processed until a payment has been cleared. All payments are due within one week of check-out. A case will be filled through eBay if a payment has not been processed within such specified time.

Processing your order
Orders are processed once a payment has been cleared. Most items take within 1-2 business days to process unless otherwise noted. Every order made after 3:00 P.M EST will be processed on the next business day. V Got Gifts is closed on weekends, so any order made after 3:00 P.M. EST Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday). All orders will be processed from our office located in The Diamond District of Manhattan, NY.
Shipping Your Order
Every jewelry item purchased will be individually packed inside a jewelry box. Pendants will include a chain depending on your purchase. Inside your package you will receive an invoice of your purchase along with any promotion being offered at the time of the purchase. All orders will contain a tracking number which each customer can use to follow their item. If a tracking number is not provided with an order, please contact us and a tracking number will be provided. Orders may include additional services such as signature confirmation depending on the order to ensure the delivery of a package.
Free USPS First Class Mail Shipping is offered to all our products under $500. USPS First Class Mail may arrive within 3-5 business days. We are not liable for the handling time USPS may require on a package. A shipping service may be upgraded depending on the value of an item. If you require any other shipping method or a different carrier, please contact our office before you place your order. We will be happy to serve you better with any question or concerns you may have.

V Got Gifts strives to complete every order to the best of our ability to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to V Got Gifts within 14 days of the purchase date. You have the option of exchanging the item or receiving a full refund for the purchase price. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted in new or unused condition with all the original packaging and materials that were included. New and Unused Conditions include, but not limited to, no scratches, blemishes, marks, or any other damage(s) or alterations on the item.
How to exchange or Return an item
1. In order to return or exchange an item you will first need to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To receive an RMA number customers will have to contact us via e-mail or via phone at (212)575-5060.
2. Once an RMA number has been provided, please include it inside the package or on the shipping label. In your package, be sure to include all the original content which was delivered to you. When you ship your item back to us, it is recommended to add a tracking number to your package so we can track it. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
3. Once your package is received, the purchased item will be put through a complete inspection to ensure the item is not damaged or altered. Refunds can be denied if V Got Gifts believe the item does not contain the entire original content, has been altered, or has been used or damaged. If an exchange is approved, a customer can either choose the same item or an item of similar value.
4. A refund will take 2-3 days to process. Exchanges will be processed depending on the availability of an item.
